If you are reading on an older device or a Fire tablet, or require the use of a screen reader, you can enjoy our digital collection using the classic OverDrive app. If using a computer, you may also choose to discover titles using our library catalog or our digital collection website.

*To be eligible for an ICL eCard you must reside or own property in the ICL Service Area.


*ICL Nonresident card holders please complete the form for a new account number to gain access to the digital collection.

*Visit the library and update your eCard to:

  • a student card just bring in a current Student ID

  • a full-service card with a current photo ID (minors need parent or guardian present)
